Clip Hub Refund Policy

We aim to deliver top-notch videos to all our clients. Unforeseen situations may arise, warranting eligibility for a credit or a refund under the following scenarios:

• Failure to select a creator within 30 days of task initiation.
• Inability to dispatch your physical product to the chosen creator, or to grant them access to your digital product, within either 14 days of selecting said creator or 30 days from task initiation, whichever comes first.

No credits or refunds will be made available after the above-mentioned time frames.

Additional Terms for Bulk Purchases:

• Non-refundable credits from any purchased packs must be utilized within 12 months, while Custom Packs expire 3 months after the purchase date.
• Our pre-established refund policy, as outlined above, extends to bulk purchases. Refunds will be in line with the actual financial outlay of the acquired pack, not its assessed value.
• Applying a Pack code retroactively to a task submitted prior to the Pack’s purchase is not permissible.
