How it works:
You get full licensing with no time restrictions, and the content can be used across any marketing channel: paid ads, organic social, websites, email, and more.
Pricing starts at $124 for a 15–20 second video, $159 for 20–40 seconds, and $199 for 40–60 seconds. All content comes fully licensed with unlimited usage rights. No hidden fees, no recurring costs, and no additional licensing charges.
Creators are paid once their content gets approved by the brand. Payments are processed securely through the platform, and creators typically receive their earnings within 5–7 business days of content approval. We handle all payment processing so both brands and creators can focus on creating great content.
Unlike traditional influencer platforms, Clip focuses exclusively on UGC — authentic video content created by real people, not influencers. Our 7% creator approval rate ensures you're working with top talent who know how to create conversion-focused content. Creators apply to campaigns they're genuinely interested in (you don't search databases), which results in more authentic, engaging videos. Plus, all content comes fully licensed with no restrictions, and our platform handles communication, payments, and delivery seamlessly.
When you purchase a campaign, you're paying for access to our platform and vetted creator community. This upfront payment unlocks your campaign, making it visible to creators who are genuinely interested in your product, which is what drives authentic, high-quality content.
The pay-upfront model also ensures creators know brands are serious and committed, which attracts the best talent to apply. Creators start applying within 24–48 hours, and you have full control over who you approve.
If you don't find the right fit, we offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to review applicants and decide if any match what you're looking for. If not, simply let us know within 30 days and we'll process a full refund.
Most brands find great creators quickly, but the refund policy is there to give you complete peace of mind.
Creators deliver content within 3–7 days after being approved and receiving the product (for physical products) or campaign details (for digital/service products). The timeline can vary based on shipping and the complexity of your brief, but you'll have visibility into progress throughout the process.
You receive full, unlimited usage rights for all content created through Clip. This means you can use the videos across any platform (paid ads, organic social, website, email, etc.), for any duration, with no additional licensing fees.
Yes! Each campaign includes one round of edits. If the content doesn't quite match your brief, you can request changes and the creator will revise the video. Additional rounds of edits can be purchased if needed.
Clip works for virtually any product or service: from physical products (beauty, fashion, food, tech, etc.) to digital products (apps, software, courses) to services (finance, consulting, SaaS). As long as you can clearly explain what you offer, creators can make compelling content about it.
We manually vet every creator application with a 7% approval rate, evaluating their video skills, professionalism, and content quality. You can also review each creator's portfolio, past reviews from brands, and intro video before approving them for your campaign.
For physical products, yes. You'll ship your product to approved creators so they can film authentic content with it. Creators keep the product as part of their compensation. For digital products or services, you'll provide access or detailed information instead.
Please note that Clip is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered shipments — we recommend using tracked shipping to ensure products reach creators safely.
This varies based on your product, target audience, and campaign requirements. Most campaigns receive anywhere from 5–30+ applications within the first 48 hours.
Absolutely! If you love working with a specific creator, you can invite them to future campaigns directly through the platform. Many brands build ongoing relationships with creators who understand their brand well.
Premium creators have demonstrated consistently high-quality work, strong reviews from brands, and proven expertise in creating conversion-focused UGC content.
Regular creators are still vetted through our 7% approval process and produce quality content, but may have less experience or fewer completed campaigns on Clip.
No contracts, no minimums. You can order a single video to test the platform, or run larger campaigns with multiple creators. It's completely flexible and pay-as-you-go.
Self-serve: You manage everything yourself — post your campaign, review applications, approve creators, and oversee the collaboration. This is our standard pay-as-you-go option.
White Glove: We handle everything for you — our team manually vets creators, manages communication, and provides hands-on support throughout. Pricing is tailored based on your specific needs (number of videos, add-ons, variations, etc.). It's perfect for brands who want a fully managed, concierge experience. Most campaigns start receiving applications within 24–48 hours of going live. The exact number and timing depend on your product category, target audience, and campaign requirements.
If a creator fails to deliver content or doesn't meet the brief after revisions, contact our support team at hello@useclip.com. We'll step in to resolve the issue, which may include finding a replacement creator or issuing a refund for that specific video.
Yes! You can browse real UGC examples created by our creators at our content gallery. This gives you a sense of the quality and variety of content our community produces.
